At Bonchi, we stand by the quality and effectiveness of our products and encourage customers to use them for at least 14 days before considering a return.

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, your order will have entered processing and we may not be able to make changes. If you cancel within 24 hours, we will issue your refund within 7 business days.

We want you to experience the full benefits of Bonchi. That’s why we ask you to try your product for at least 14 days.
If, after that time, you are still unsatisfied, you may return the product within 60 days of purchase for a refund. Please note:

Returns must be initiated by contacting us through our Contact Us page or directly at support@bonchi.co.

To expedite your return, please provide your Order Number or the Name and Email Address used to place the order.
Damaged Items
We carefully package every order to prevent damage during shipping.

An item is considered damaged only if it has a defect or is physically broken.

Cosmetic damage to packaging (such as dented boxes) is not considered product damage if the product itself is in good condition.
If your item arrives damaged:

Notify us within 72 hours of delivery.

Email us at support@bonchi.co with a clear photo of the damage.

If approved, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.
We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for damage caused by normal wear, misuse, or mishandling.
Shipping & Delivery
While we aim to deliver your order quickly, Bonchi is not responsible for delays outside of our control, including courier issues, customs holds, or other unforeseen shipping disruptions.
We are also not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once shipped. If an issue occurs, please contact the courier directly for resolution.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is provided at checkout.

If an incorrect address is submitted and not corrected within 24 hours of purchase, you will not be eligible for a resend or refund.
